Tasting Notes

The 2021 Semillon presents with a pale blonde hue, with hints of pear on the nose and it tastes of mango and pineapple. With a strong acidity, this wine is destined to age well.

Food Pairings

This Semillon would pair well with a white fish or a Seafood Louie, as well as pork chops and chicken.
